A paradise for mountaineers & hikers

Here in Tiers am Rosengarten, fans of mountain sports can expect both leisurely walks on the Seiser Alm and extended hikes in the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park, and mountain tours to summits as well as challenging climbs in King Laurin’s mountains. On guided tours, a hiking guide will accompany you on the most beautiful trails in the area.

The 430-kilometre network of paths leaves nothing to be desired. Our Hotel Paradies is right in the middle of it all. About 50 hiking routes and mountain tours and our guided hiking tours start right outside our door.

At 2,563 m, the Schlern is not particularly high, but with its fascinating shape, it catches your eye on the 56 km² Seiser Alm. The Langkofel and Plattkofel also attract visitors to Europe’s largest connected high Alpine pasture with tours.

The red roof is the distinguishing feature, excellent food, and a fabulous mountain view are further characteristics of the Tierser Alpl between the Rosengarten and Schlern. Definitely worth a hike!
