What true regionality means can be seen not only on our menu, but begins on a sunny slope behind the village. The Bergler Acker is our jointly cultivated natural garden - a heartfelt project of several businesses in Tires al Catinaccio. Here vegetables and herbs grow in mixed cultivation, entirely without chemicals, but with all the more dedication.

Our bio kitchen uses what was still in the ground only a few hours before: lettuce, cabbage, herbs - fresh, seasonal and full of flavour. Thanks to the short distances, everything that matters remains: aroma, quality and authenticity.
